When 26, Julietta set up the company with £600 and she and her business partners have steadily expanded the company, both in terms of staff & client portfolio. She has remained ever-faithful to the ethos & values of honest business delivery, the core of TCS: to always try to be clever, considerate, considered & maybe counter-cultural in anything that we do. Her ethics of kindness & care are evident through the company’s high rates of client & staff retention, spanning Fashion, Beauty & Lifestyle.

Close to Julietta’s heart & a driving force behind the choice of clients that TCS work with, is the basis of sustainability, purpose & corporate responsibility. An area in which the company continues to invest and strives to be an active leader in influencing positive change & responsible working practices.

Through her private & professional life, Julietta is a great supporter of charity initiatives & has been a regular fundraiser for Great Ormand Street Hospital. She joined the board of Theatres for Theatres raising £5m & helped John Frieda in founding HAIRraising to raise further funds to build an additional operating theatre at GOSH.

She is a Board Member of CEW (Cosmetic Executive Women), was nominated by Luxury Daily as one of the Luxury Women to Watch in 2017 and has been featured in the PR Week Powerbook.
