Masimo, a global leader in non-invasive monitoring technologies, has achieved a significant milestone with the FDA granting 510(k) clearance for its groundbreaking medical watch, the Masimo W1.
A Starting Point, launched by its founders, actor/producer Mark Kassen, techno-entrepreneur Joe Kiani, and actor Chris Evans.announced a new initiative called State of Play, which will extend their nonpartisan educational content efforts to the state level.
A recent ruling by the International Trade Commission stated that most Apple Watches contain parts that infringe on patents held by Masimo Corp., a producer of medical technology, and its sister company, Cercacor Laboratories Inc.
