As managers of The Royal Ascot Racing Club’s horses, Highclere Thoroughbred Racing were responsible for Motivator, the winner of the 2005 Vodafone Derby.

He went on to work for The Matchmaker Group, a bloodstock sales, promotion and finance company.
In 1984 Harry returned to the UK to represent Matchmaker in Europe. He went on to set up his own thoroughbred management company, HMH Management Ltd., providing advisory and promotional services to the bloodstock industry.
