International entrepreneur and investor David von Rosen has announced the launch of 25 Degrees, a new top-end Dubai-based property developer co-founded with a Dubai-based family office.
David von Rosen, the entrepreneur behind the lottery betting platform Lottoland, is confident that he will be able to offer the service in the UAE one day.
Lottoland was set up in 2013 with seven employees by German entrepreneur David Von Rosen.
