Caroline Gibson brings two decades of public relations experience to her role as Partner at top communications firm, Prosek Partners. She specializes in managing financial and professional services accounts and is well versed in handling public relations for multinational organizations.
Before joining Prosek in 2006, Caroline was Media Relations Manager at The Royal Bank of Scotland Group, where she was influential in promoting one of their major banking brands, NatWest. She served as spokesperson for the bank and also handled all media relations on important matters.
In her early career, Caroline worked as a Media Relations Officer at one of the world’s largest financial services corporations, HSBC. During her time at Leeds Metropolitan University, she took on a role as a Student Brand Manager for energy drinks company, Red Bull. Both positions equipped Caroline with public relations and brand management expertise that she would later apply to her specialization in working with global corporations.
In addition, Caroline served as a Co-Lecturer on Georgetown University’s Master in Global Strategic Communications program, where she taught experienced practitioners how to communicate globally with a specific focus on the UK and Europe..
Caroline is the Chair Emeritus for the Arthur Page Society’s Page Up organization. Over her 2-year term she helped grow the membership base, conducted a full brand refresh and developed several new offerings. She continues to serve on the board.. In recognition of her achievements and contribution to the communications industry, Caroline was nominated as one of PR Week’s 40 Under 40 ‘New Trailblazers’ in 2013.
Caroline holds a Master's degree in Corporate Communications from Sheffield Hallam University and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts from Leeds Metropolitan University.
