Berkley Egenes is the Chief Marketing & Growth Officer at Xsolla, specializing in building marketing campaigns and go-to-market strategies for interactive brands. His focus is creating programs and brand engagements that launch tools and services to help partners reach more players and drive revenue worldwide. He builds successful partnerships, collaborations, and campaigns that elevate brand awareness, perception, and experience in the global marketplace.

With over 25 years of marketing and product integration experience, he joined Xsolla from the esports industry, where he helped build the Ghost Gaming brand prior to its acquisition. As Head of Marketing // CMO, he led sponsorship sales, media relations, social growth, and e-commerce, creating fan-focused campaigns and activating brand partnerships with gaming pros and creators across Fortnite, PUBG, CS:GO, Gears of War, Rocket League, and Apex Legends on three continents before the company’s acquisition by Skill Shot Media.

He has represented leading organizations including NEXTVR (acquired by Apple), Alcatel/TCL, VIZIO, Kellogg’s, AB-InBev, NASCAR, IBM, Walmart, and CVS, and created value-driven partnerships with sports, media, and content leaders worldwide.

He earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing with a certificate in international business from Texas A&M University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He also completed Stanford University’s Emerging CMO: Strategic Marketing Leadership program in 2023. He has been recognized as a Los Angeles Times LA Executive 2025 Chief Marketing Officer Honoree and a USA Today CMOs to Watch 2024 honoree.
