Andi Owen is the President and Chief Executive Officer of MillerKnoll, a leading design company created in 2021 by combining dynamic brands Herman Miller and Knoll, forming a collective of eye-catching brands, including Holly Hunt, HAY, Geiger, Fully, Edelman Leather, DWR. DatesWeiser and Colebrook Bosson Saunders amongst others.

Andi is a highly regarded CEO and Board member with a distinguished career in the design and fashion space. She was integral in crafting the deal that brought Herman Miller and Knoll together. As CEO, Andi is responsible for overseeing the company’s worldwide operations, which encompass nearly 11,000 team members and revenue of $4.1B. She is also leading the company’s strategy to further the transformation of the industry and redefine modern design.

Over more than three decades, she has developed an expertise and strong reputation in strategic and digital transformation, innovation, trend analysis, business development and more. Most recently, as Global President of Banana Republic, she managed all P&L activities and led more than eleven thousand employees across twenty-seven countries.

Andi serves on a range of boards in the design industry, including serving as Chair of Hay, a Danish company focused on authored furniture and accessories for the home and office. She is also a board member of Business Leaders of Michigan, Taylor Morisson and The National Association of Manufacturers, an advocacy group for manufacturers. Andi currently serves as the Chair of the MillerKnoll Foundation, which focuses on the engagement of underrepresented youth in art and design globally.
