Patsy Seddon founded Phase Eight in 1979, opening a small boutique in Wandsworth. Starting with a £3,000 loan, Patsy built Phase Eight into a £28m turnover business. She successfully exited in 2005 and has since dedicated her time to supporting various start-ups and charities.
