In 2021, Tracy founded Harbourdale Capital. Operating as a small family office, Harbourdale has diverse investment interests in residential, commercial, and senior living real estate, but is principally interested in the development of innovative senior living communities. In 1989, Tracy founded Tanglewood Care Homes, a care home group providing nursing, dementia, and residential care across Lincolnshire. Under her ownership, the company became Lincolnshire’s largest private care home group with over 600 employees, 400 residents and six individual care facilities.

During Tracy’s time at Tanglewood, the company consistently won multiple industry awards at local, regional, and national level, frequently accredited for providing exceptional levels of care. Tanglewood was also one of a few early innovators within the social care sector, earning itself a reputation as the care group of choice for high-quality, specialist care across the region.

Tracy sold and exited Tanglewood Care Homes following its 30th Anniversary in December 2019.
