The Kamani Capital fund is the latest investor in the start-up, which has been trading for just under a year, and joins previous industry backers including New Look’s Tom Singh, and follows RangeRoom securing a number of clients, including some of the UK’s biggest retailers and a number of global manufacturers, such as Boohoo.
Veeqo was born out of Matt’s frustration running a multi-channel e-commerce company. He thought there had to be a way of managing all his orders, shipping and accounting but there was nothing that did what he needed. In the four years before last year's award he raised more than £2.5m for the business via crowdfunding and the company is backed by some of the world’s biggest retail and tech investors, including New Look founder Tom Singh.
