R. Todd Ruppert is the founder and CEO of Ruppert International, a firm with diversified interests globally in various fields including education, financial services, disruptive technologies, publishing, arts and entertainment, and strategy consulting.

As a leader, Todd shares his expertise as a member of numerous boards and advisory positions around the world. He currently serves as president of London’s Royal Parks Foundation, a global ambassador for the Duke of Edinburgh's International Award, and a board member of INSEAD Business School, Wilshire Associates, Shetland Space Centre, The Fine Art Group, the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Rocket Dollar and The World Trade Center Institute, among other prominent organizations.

He has over 40 years of experience in the financial services industry. Before retiring from T. Rowe Price, a global asset management firm with over $1.5 trillion under management, Todd was CEO and president of T. Rowe Price Global Investment Services, Co-President, T. Rowe Price International, and a member of the operating steering committee of the T. Rowe Price Group.
