A highly regarded leader in Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, Tiffany R. Warren is the Founder and President of ADCOLOR, and Executive Vice President, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer of Sony Music Group.

Tiffany has worked tirelessly over two decades to promote diversity and advance equity across creative industries, developing and spearheading projects aimed at advancing and retaining talent from historically excluded communities. Tiffany leads the expansion of equity and inclusion activities and policies across SMG's global recorded music, publishing and corporate divisions.

Tiffany founded ADCOLOR to promote inclusivity and diversity in the advertising industry. For over 15 years, the non-profit has hosted an annual ADCOLOR conference and award ceremony, bringing together thousands of creative professionals of all backgrounds and levels. As President, she has been recognized for the progress and direction the creative industries have taken around diversity, equity & inclusion.

Prior to joining SMG, Tiffany was the Senior Vice President and Chief Diversity Officer at Omnicon Group, where she spearheaded initiatives to shape the company’s culture, and oversaw strategy that reinforced Omnicom's mission to become a model corporation for sustainable equality and inclusion. She also held managerial roles at Arnold Worldwide and the American Association of Advertising Agencies.

Tiffany sits on the boards of pioneering organizations, such as GLAAD, Ad Council, The Brotherhood Sister Sol and MAKERS, a digital brand focused on advancing women and sharing their stories to ignite a revolution. She is the Board Chair of the American Advertising Federation and a Trustee of Bentley University.

Tiffany has been recognized with numerous honors and awards. She was named a 2021 Henry Crown Fellow, honored as the 2021 Billboard Change Agent and is a 2021 Emmy Nominee.

She holds a BA in Liberal Arts, with a focus on Communication, from Bentley University.
