Engel & Völkers Florida hosted a virtual awards ceremony on Friday, March 19, 2021 in lieu of its annual Leadership Summit to honor select Engel & Völkers shops for their exceptional performance in 2020. More than 40 senior members of the regional network, which comprises 37 franchise brokerages throughout Florida, as well as over 100 real estate advisors, attended the virtual event via Google Meet.
Stuart Siegel, President and CEO of Engel & Völkers New York City MMC also presented, discussing the company’s new Development Services Division.
Stuart Siegel, CEO of Engel & Völkers, said his firm treats teams as their own businesses that just happen to share a brand with the parent company. Once a team makes a sale, the commission goes directly to the team leader. It’s up to that leader to determine how to distribute it.
"Paul Gavriani and Vincent Falcone are exemplary brokers whose creative, client-first approach has yielded consistent results year after year," said Stuart Siegel, president and CEO of Engel & Völkers NYC. "We welcome the entire team to Engel & Völkers NYC as we continue to grow our roster of best-in-class brokerage services to clients throughout the city."
In the meantime, inventory issues are impacting all sectors of the market —from land sales to the investment sales market. “I call it the canary in the ‘goldmine,’” said Stuart Siegel, president of Engel & Völkers NYC.
