Her foundation helps the local Los Angeles community as well as nationwide programs, building tennis courts and organizing after-school tennis programs for undeserved students, running summer camps, and supporting educational programs. In recognition of her philanthropic work, Sloane was nominated for the Muhammad Ali Sports Humanitarian Award in 2019. The foundation is run by Sloane, her mother Sybil, and her uncle Ronald Smith.
