Seth Goldstrom’s Biography

Seth is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, a leading global management consultancy firm. As a Founder and Leader of McKinsey’s Transformation practice, he helps companies achieve performance transformation through capability development, execution, and growth.

In his more than 25 years with the firm, Seth has gained experience in a wide range of industries, including telecommunications, technology, retail, logistics, pharmaceuticals, consumer products, and advanced industrials, as well as the private equity sector. He has led transformation efforts in key areas of his clients’ businesses, including strategy, M&A, post-merger management, footprint optimization, manufacturing, and change management.

Seth has played a vital role in numerous post-merger management integrations and has extensive experience leading private equity due diligence engagements in several industries.

Outside of his work in business transformation, Seth is also a sponsor for McKinsey’s Black Network in North America, a community of professionals and alumni from around the world dedicated to fostering...
