Sakhib Waseem is the Chief Innovation Officer for the technology group Proof of Trust, a company that authenticates and validates blockchain transactions, removing the risk from Smart Contracts.

Sakhib is an experienced executive-level technology expert in the finance sector who has consulted many top-tier financial institutions such as Bank of America, MBNA and National Australia Group on technology-driven projects. Throughout his career, Sakhib has achieved multi-million-dollar cost savings by way of designing & implementing technology efficiencies on high profile regulatory issue based projects.

He played a leading role in the development of specialist technology and reporting analysis to the Financial Conduct Authority and the Central Bank of Ireland, managing high-impact projects for automated reporting tools. Sakhib's accomplishments have been recognized by way of several awards in the financial services industry.

Previously, Sakhib was Senior Vice President and Head of Strategy at FaceOff, an interactive social platform which enables gamers to participate with their friends. Sakhib is responsible for managing the company's strategic activities, defining the vision of the FaceOff application and providing strategic advice and insight to the CEO.
