Roman Di Somma serves as Head of International Talent at CAA Sports, overseeing the agency’s athletes representation business outside of North America.
Creative Artists Agency leads the way as the predominant sports and talent agency. Tracing its roots back to 1975, CAA is renowned for providing a highly professional, 360 degree management service to the biggest names from a broad range of prominent backgrounds, including sport, music, television and film. The company also advises athletes on their commercial endorsements and in utilising social media in order to take advantage of opportunities away from the pitch.
Holding a major presence across North America, Europe and Asia, the organisation possesses the ability to assist talent irrespective of where their careers may take them. Roman traded a career in Italy as a professional water polo player to join CAA, starting out as a sports agent. His insatiable drive and determination has seen him grow exponentially among the workforce, propelling himself to his current standing, heading up the International Talent division.
He earned a degree in Corporate Economics and Business Management at the University of Genoa, before completing a masters degree in Management at London Business School.
