Rhian-Anwen Hamill has been working in asset and wealth management and family office recruitment for over 18 years, and is the Founder of RAH Partners, the leading European search firm in wealth management.
Rhian spent the first 7 years of her career in investment banking in the Equity divisions of Goldman Sachs and Salomon Brothers. Subsequently she was first the Project Director and later a Board Member for the Wales Millennium Centre, a £125m world class national opera house and arts centre for Wales. During the project she worked closely with government agencies, taking it from the initial idea to the funded design and construction phase.
She went on to gain extensive experience at the Brunswick Group, Whitehead Mann and The Rose Partnership before co-founding RAH Partners in 2005.
A Certified Leadership Coach from The Tavistock Centre, Rhian is a Vice-President of the Hay on Wye Festival of Literature and a member of the External Affairs Committee of UWC Atlantic College. She is also a Director of Cool Bananas, her own Zambia-based family food business. Formerly, she was a Member of the Development Appeal at St George's Chapel, Windsor and Chair of The Word, a literature Festival in London.
Rhian-Anwen achieved a BA in English Literature from the University of Cambridge.
