Paul O'Reilly-Hyland is an entrepreneur with a background in finance who is focused on the fitness, wellness, and related industries. He is the Founder of Zeamo, a digital global fitness company, and also Founder of OCP Capital and Managing Director of Nolan Securities Corporation.
Prior to founding Zeamo, Paul spent most of his career in the global investment industry. As a managing director at both JP Morgan and Dresdner Kleinwort Benson he ran international equity sales for North America and oversaw the New York, Boston, and San Francisco offices. He established and oversaw hedge funds sales at both firms. He began his career in London with Charles Stanley, a London stockbroking firm before joining Kleinwort Benson in 1986 as an institutional equity salesman. In 1990, he transferred to Hong Kong as General Manager for Kleinwort Benson Securities (Asia). He moved to New York in 1993 where he later became Head of International Equity Sales for Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein. He oversaw the growth and expansion of DrKW’s international equity presence before joining JP Morgan as Managing Director and Head of International Equity Sales.
In 2003 he became a founding partner of Trinity Funds LLC, a global macro hedge fund where, as CEO, he was responsible for business development and equity research. After selling his stake in Trinity he established Ounavarra Capital Partners, now OCP Capital, an SEC/FINRA registered broker-dealer focused on raising capital for select third-party alternative investment managers. Paul graduated with a Master’s Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from Trinity College Dublin. He is registered by FINRA under Series 7,9,10,24, 63 & 99.
Paul is a keen sportsman having completed a number of triathlons and marathons. He is passionate about improving workplace fitness benefits for all employees.
