Biography

Martin Hattrell is a Senior Partner at Slaughter and May, specialising in corporate finance and mergers and corporate acquisitions. Martin has particular experience in public and private market transactions, IPOs, secondary law share issues, de-mergers and general corporate advice. Martin qualified as a Solicitor in 1987 and became a Partner of the firm in 1994. He attended Ampleforth College and The Queens College, Oxford University. Martin's clients include 3i, Ashmore, De la Rue, Darty, Ocean Wilsons Holdings, Shire Pharmaceuticals and Whitbread.
