Biography

Martin Hattrell is a Senior Partner at Slaughter and May, practicing as a corporate lawyer, across a broad range of
areas including M&A (public and private), equity capital markets and general corporate legal advice. Some of his clients include 3i, Ashmore, De la Rue, Darty, Ocean Wilsons Holdings, Shire Pharmaceuticals and Whitbread.

Martin has vast experience in public and private market transactions, IPOs, secondary law share issues, de-mergers and general corporate advice.

Since graduating from Queen's College, Oxford and in 1987 qualifying as a Solicitor at the College of Law in London, Martin became a Partner of Slaughter and May in 1994 and also finds time to run an arable farm in Norfolk.
