Louis is President of Lazam Properties, Ltd., a real estate company he founded in 1979. Lazam Properties is headquarted in New York City and is a leader in the city's real estate industry. With a wide breadth of experience in addition to real estate, Louis has been able to achieve success in many areas, including healthcare, publishing, and manufacturing. He has successfully engaged in investing, building, and managing businesses in North America and Europe.
As a Founding Sponsor of InterCultural Forum, Louis was instrumental in bringing the UK-based mentor organization Three Faiths Forum’s model of learning to the U.S. InterCultural Forum became a leading mentor program in high schools and local communities. He also previously held the role of Chairman of the Board of Intervisual Books, Inc., a company that produces a line of pop-up and dimensional novelty books.
A member of the New York and Florida State Bar Associations, Louis earned his Doctor of Law degree (JD) from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law at Yeshiva University. He earned a BA Honors degree at the University of Strathclyde, Glasgow and an MSc at the University of London.
