Kevin Carmody is a senior partner at McKinsey & Company, a leading management consultancy firm. He leads holistic, at-scale business transformations and offers deep experience in operational turnarounds, corporate finance, and change management.

For more than 20 years, Kevin has helped organizations in a broad range of industries across North and South America and Europe achieve their full potential and attain long-term, sustainable growth. He advises management teams, boards of directors, and other key stakeholders on financial, operational, and cultural performance improvement programs, with a special focus on corporate strategy, finance, organizational development, and capability building.
