Joseph Louis Cole Barleta is an experienced financial executive and business owner. His experience spans include many roles, notably in the commercial factoring, accounting, compliance, and technology solutions industries. As a business owner, Joseph focuses on growing small businesses, helping them make an impact in the marketplace. He Co-founded the Philadelphia-based company Capital Source 2000, and currently serves as its Chief Financial Officer. Capital Source 2000 provides capital for small businesses looking to expand their product and services.
Since 2012, Joseph has also served as the Chief Financial Officer for Complete Business Solutions Group, Inc., a commercial factoring company based in Philadelphia. He implemented the firm’s accounting and technology infrastructure and has guided the company as it grew to over $410 million in assets. Other positions include CFO at Full Spectrum Processing, a full-scale processing company offering business solutions to companies in a wide range of industries, as well as CFO positions at Fast Advance Funding, a commercial finance company, and Vision Solar, a solar power design and maintenance company. Previously, Joseph served as a staff accountant, specializing in sales and use taxation, for Primoris Services Corporation, a publicly-traded specialty construction company headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
An animal lover, Joseph and his wife have donated their time and funds for many animal welfare organizations in the Philadelphia area and nationally, including the ASCPA, Humane Society, Philadelphia PAWS, Seger Dog Park, and Saved Me Animal Shelter.
