Biography

Jonathan Buxton is Head of the Consumer Group at Cavendish Corporate Finance and also Head of Oaklins' Global Consumer and Retail Group (formerly M&A International).

He is a specialist advisor to branded businesses in the Retail, FMCG and Luxury goods sectors and during his career has advised on transactions ranging from multi-billion pound government projects to the sale of family businesses.

Jonathan has lectured and co-written on M&A related topics and is particularly experienced in advising main market and AIM listed companies.
