Jeff Fraser is the Founder and CEO of Blue Dunes Growth, an investment and advisory firm focused on the technology sector. Jeff has acquired a deep investment and advisory expertise through his experience in private equity, corporate development, and investment banking, working in particular within the software industry.
Prior to founding Blue Dunes, he served as Head of Corporate Development for Mediaocean, working on behalf of Vista Equity Partners, Mediaocean's acquirer. Prior to Mediaocean he held roles at TPG Growth, Kayne Anderson, Société Générale, and Sebonac Advisors.
He holds advisory roles with Concordia, the convener of the world-renowned Concordia Annual Summit, the largest non-partisan gathering alongside the UN General Assembly, on the Councilors Program of the Atlantic Council and at New Mountain Capital.
Jeff earned a BS in Business Economics and Public Policy at Indiana University's Kelley School of Business, with additional coursework in Business Analysis and Valuation at the London School of Economics.
