During the 80th Annual Father of the Year Awards, Jay Schottenstein spoke about his own father and the way that his father might have responded to various situations.

Jay Schottenstein, CEO of American Eagle Outfitters, will be awarded the Father of the Year Award by The National Father’s Day Council. The honor is given to lifestyle leaders whose lives are dedicated to civility, family, charity, citizenship, and responsibility.
