James Innes is Co-Founder and Partner at Chrystal Capital, an entrepreneurial corporate finance and investment house with an established global network of Single Family Offices, Ultra High Net Worth Individuals and private equity co-investment partners.

With over 22 years working as a corporate finance advisor, a private equity investor and qualified chartered accountant, James worked at leading advisory firm Arthur Anderson and investment house Livingbridge Private Equity before co-founding Chrystal Capital in 2009.

James leads Chrystal Capital’s Single-Family Office and Ultra High Network Individual initiatives and works closely with Chrystal Capital’s established global network offering bespoke company investment opportunities, which includes the ability to invest alongside experienced institutional private equity co-investment partners.

James has managed over 100 transactions covering acquisitions, turnarounds, disposals and investments for Single Family Offices, Financial institutions and private individuals alike.

Currently focused on the needs of the invest network, James has created the Chrystal Capital Private Office which launches in early 2019.
