James Deen is Head of Global Development at Albany Bahamas, part of Tavistock Group’s Nexus Luxury Collection and one of the world’s finest resort communities. Albany was co-founded by Joe Lewis, golf icons Tiger Woods and Ernie Els and actor and musician Justin Timberlake.

In his earlier career, James was a Manager in Corporate Finance at HSBC Securities, where he specialised in IPOs and mining as well as being responsible for numerous UK and International clients. James has since founded and co-founded several innovative entities across Europe and the USA. These include Crussh, a leading UK juice bar chain, Golf Flagstick Advertising and BiDe, a fintech in the banking space. In addition, James has written for a Grammy-winning comedy show and has co-produced 3 music albums.

Prior to his career, James achieved a degree in English and Business Economics at Brown University.
