Ivan Levy discovered Mallorca in the 70s but it was not until 2010 when he decided to spend part of the year on the island after acquiring the Son Naava estate, between Montuïri and Porreres, where he makes one of the best oils in Mallorca , and open the Fera restaurant, on Concepció street, in Palma.
Owner/developers Sheela and Ivan Levy of CocoSage Properties have transformed this 14th century home which is being brought to the market for the first time in many generations.
Over recent years Chef Simon Petutschnig has emerged as one of Mallorca’s most creative chefs. His collaboration with Iván & Sheela Levy, with the elegant restaurant Fera, takes dining out in Palma to a whole new level; combining culture, cuisine and fine art.
Helicopters from the Sea & Rescue Team at CHC Helicopter Operations, of which Ivan Levy is Chairman, airlifted passengers and crew members one by one from the vessel in rough seas in the Hustadvika area on the western coast of Norway and rescuers are facing waves of about 6-8 meters (roughly 19-26 feet) high.
Levy speaks of a "set of coincidences", but also of a "certain logic": "I am a retailer who enjoys service, and where can one do more than live in a restaurant?"
