Biography

Hollie Haynes is the Founder and Managing Partner of Luminate Capital Partners. She serves on all of the Boards of Luminate companies.

Before founding Luminate, Hollie was Managing Director at Silver Lake where she focused on software private equity investing. She also spent time as a private equity analyst at Hellman & Friedman and in investment banking at Morgan Stanley & Co. She graduated from Harvard with an AB in Economics and received an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Hollie sits on the Board of Robert F. Kennedy Human Rights, an organization which works alongside local activists to ensure lasting positive change in governments and corporations.
