Following the successful completion of its demerger from Electra Private Equity PLC, Hostmore was listed on the London Stock Exchange on 2nd November 2021.
Electra's chief financial and operating officer, Gavin Manson, will stay on the Electra board as a non-executive director as the company transitions to Unbound Group.
Gavin Manson, chief financial and operating director at Electra, was quoted in The Times, saying public markets were “relatively strong”.
