Charles Gordon-Watson Bloodstock was founded in 1985. Now approaching its 34th year of trading, the International Bloodstock agency has accomplished significant success as a source of high achieving thoroughbreds on racecourses globally at the very highest level. This is substantiated by 41 individual Group 1 winners of 59 Group 1 races and is supported further by 10 classic winners and more than 325 Group / Listed winners. These successes include World and European Champions as well as more than 10 horses to achieve prize money earnings in excess of 1 million pounds. This success also extends to the breeding side of the industry where the dams (mares) purchased have produced 12 Group 1 winners.

Clients vary from Rulers and Heads of State to the smallest of syndicates as well as, apart from Europe, a strong global influence to include China, Hong Kong, USA and the Middle East.

The two highest earning horses ever trained in the UK, Red Cadeaux and Postponed, were both purchased as yearlings by Charlie Gordon-Watson, they accumulated earnings of £4,998,000 and £4,995,000 respectfully.

Success has been achieved at the very highest level in England, Ireland, France, Italy, Germany, Canada, USA, Hong Kong, Australia and New Zealand. Added to this there has been significant success at Royal Ascot which is the ultimate aim for most racehorse owners.
