Cameron Breitner is a Managing Partner at CVC, responsible for co-leading private equity teams in North America and Latin America. He also oversees the firm’s office in San Francisco and serves as co-Chairman of CVC’s Human Resources Committee, among other leadership roles.

Cameron has overseen numerous large North American transactions for CVC, including its investments in, and exit from, retailers Leslie’s and BJ’s; the merger of Worldwide Express and GlobalTranz Enterprises; and its investments in Petco, Asplundh, and CFGI, amongst others.

Prior to CVC, Cameron was Managing Director at Centre Partners Management, a middle-market private equity business based in New York and Los Angeles. Earlier in his career, he worked in mergers and acquisitions at Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co.
