Alan Morgan is the Founder and Managing Director of boutique communications firm, Kendal Advisory, where he advises on reputation management and privacy protection for high-profile individuals and organisations.
Throughout the last decade, he has advised governments, multi-national companies, Family Offices and HNWIs on solving commercial issues, managing crises, responding to regulatory matters and protecting reputations during moments of intense scrutiny.
Prior to establishing Kendal, Alan worked at Portland Communications, where he worked with the company’s Disputes and Private Client practice. During this period, he specialised in litigation communications, reputation-building and senior counsel cases. He has deep experience of working with clients in the Middle East and Russia/CIS markets.
In his role as Director at Portland, Alan established himself as a force in the litigation communications industry, leading an extensive portfolio of domestic and global clients. Among his many prolific cases, he managed a multi-billion-dollar civil claim against a Wall Street bank; a high-profile regulatory investigation against a FTSE 100 company; and an ICSID arbitration involving a complex multi-jurisdictional dispute.
Formerly, Alan worked in the Global Corporate Affairs practice at Ogilvy, a leading advertising, marketing and public relations agency. He was also a researcher and freelance journalist for numerous publications including The Guardian and the Institute of Contemporary Arts.
Alan holds a MSc in Public Policy from the University College London (UCL).
