Prior to his relocation, Adrian was a partner at Osborne Clarke's London office heading up the Corporate & Commercial group and subsequently its international Digital Business sector specialist group. Now based in the firm’s Hong Kong office, Adrian is responsible for helping to grow the business as part of Osborne Clarke's wider Asia client service offering. Adrian and the Hong Kong team (alongside Osborne Clarke colleagues in Shanghai & Singapore) focus on providing sector-specific legal advice to digital and technology-driven businesses for their strategies in Asia, Europe or the US, wherever they are based.

Adrian has worked in the convergence of technology, mobile, communications, media and the internet for more than 30 years, predominantly acting for technology, digital media and online businesses and the institutions that fund them. He is also a leading member of OC’s specialist Group focusing on Blockchain, Cryptocurrencies and AI applications.

As a corporate lawyer, Adrian specialises in corporate finance, public and private M&A, venture capital and corporate joint ventures.

With clients ranging from early-stage to listed multi-nationals amongst the corporates and from family offices to VC and private equity funds amongst the institutions, Adrian has extensive experience of complex multi-jurisdictional and domestic transactions and has been involved in many milestone transactions in the digital transformation arena.

Having built up a considerable network of contacts across the Digital Business sector, Adrian has worked for many of his clients for decades and is known for his focus on relationship-driven and pragmatic advice.
