Biography
Jonathan Murphy is a Director of Family Office at GK Management, a Cayman Islands-based trust and company management platform. He also serves as a director of Wenlock Group, a private investment firm.
Jonathan has extensive experience in all facets of private equity transactions, with a particular emphasis on real assets. He is a trustee and director for a small number of families, advising on the structuring and management of underlying assets. He is also a Board Director of Portland JSX, an investment company listed on the Jamaican stock exchange that invests in private businesses throughout the Caribbean, Central America and Colombia.
A graduate of Durham University, Jonathan started his career with Deloitte where he gained his ACA qualification before taking a senior role with Krys Global, a leading regional insolvency practice. He is a dedicated member of the Cayman Islands rugby team and played the Hong Kong Sevens Tournament in 2016.
