Page S. Gardner is the Founder and President of PSG Consulting. PSG Consulting offers strategic advising and planning, communication services, and organizational management services to advocacy organizations, non-profits and political campaigns.

Page is widely recognized as an expert on the voting patterns of female voters and has defined and highlighted the causal role of marital status in whether one registers to vote, votes, and how someone votes. The "marriage gap" between single and married women has profound effects on the electorate and who wins elections. Page has founded two organizations, the Voter Participation Center (VPC) and the Center for Voter Information, both dedicated to increasing the participation of historically underrepresented groups, particularly unmarried women, in the U.S. democracy.

Page has authored articles and contributed to various publications, and she has made appearances on major news networks such as CNN, MSNBC, NBC, PBS and NPR. In 2020, the American Political Science Association awarded her a public service commendation in recognition of her efforts to promote voter registration and turnout.
