Darcy Stacom’s Biography

Darcy Stacom is responsible for the marketing and sale of Manhattan’s commercial real estate. Her transaction volume is second to none with over $145 billion in development deals, property sales, partnership formation and all related capital transactions.

Ms. Stacom serves as the Chairman of CBRE, an American Fortune 500 real estate services firm. She leads a team of industry professionals to dominate one of the most competitive markets in the world. For over three decades, she has been ranked within the top three percent of global capital markets professionals. As a leader in the industry, she holds every valuation metric distinction and Landmark. From the $5.4 billion sales of the Peter Cooper Stuyvesant Town, the single largest residential transaction, to six out of seven over $2 billion office buildings sales, her expertise and track record are untouchable.

In 2020, 120,000 lbs. of trash was removed, 43,000 lbs. of organic material composted, 90,000 lbs. of fresh produce grown, 18 green spaces transformed, 2 gardens renovated, and an oyster reef was reintroduced to Manhattan. As co-chair, Darcy oversees the organization's affairs and drives equity & inclusion throughout NYC.
